How can I get information about your product and price list?
If you are interested in a product, please send an email to sales@kingstone-security.com  or you can leave us message or contact us by MSN, Skype etc to get the price list. We suggest that it is better to provide us your specific requirements for the products then we can help to choose the suitable products for your market or project. What is the warranty for the products and how to repair?
We usually provide one year warranty for our products. Of course for some special customers or projects, we can extend our warranty. We will provide online problem analysis for the problems in our products and our engineers can give on time support for your questions and will send you the repair parts free. For the case you can not fix it locally, we will request you to send them back for repair.  

What is payment term and lead time for my order?
We accept T/T and L/C, and 30% T/T in advance after you place order and 70% before delivery.There are various factors that can change the completion date of your order. Usually after get your initial 30% deposit, it takes about 2 weeks to complete your orders. Sometimes the cameras from Sony or Hitachi is in shortage which will affect the date of delivery. Besides, your ordered products will go through aging test for about 24 hours, which will take account in the production.
